Challenge Coin Pricing FAQ
How much do custom challenge coins cost?
Custom challenge coin pricing depends on the size, the quantity, and how much color you add. Larger coins, more color, and smaller quantities cost more per coin, while larger orders lower the per-coin price. See the price tables and worked examples above for current pricing.
What is the minimum order?
Our minimum order is 25 coins. Quantity price breaks start at 50 coins and the per-coin price keeps dropping as the quantity rises.
Is there a setup or mold fee?
There is no separate setup fee. A one-time mold fee starts at $100 and scales with coin size, but it is waived entirely on orders of 300 coins or more. Here's how the mold fee works.
Do color or custom shapes cost extra?
Custom shapes are free, and up to five Pantone-matched colors are included at no extra cost. Only a sixth or additional colors add a small charge. Color is otherwise reflected in the no-color, one-side, and two-side price tables above. See all coin options.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free anywhere in the contiguous United States, including APO/FPO addresses.
How does the price drop with quantity?
The more coins you order, the lower the per-coin price. The worked examples above show the per-coin and total cost at 50, 100, 300, 500, and 1,000 coins.
Can I reorder the same coin for less later?
Yes. We keep your mold on file for two years, so a reorder within that window skips the mold fee for an instant savings of at least $100.
What is included in the price?
Every order includes free art and proofs, free revisions, free U.S. shipping, and a protective PVC pouch for each coin. There are no hidden design or artwork charges.
