Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept third-party forms of payment like PayPal and Apple Pay at this time. However, we do accept all major debit and credit cards, checks, wire transfers, and purchase orders from qualifying organizations!
Due to the custom nature of our products, we require payment up front to begin production. Therefore, all orders paid by check or wire must clear before we begin. The only exception is in the case of purchase orders, which must be approved by management and paid within thirty days of placing an order. To pay by wire or see if you qualify for POs, speak to our sales team for more information.
However, we also have finite space to store these molds, which we offer as a courtesy to our clients. In this case, we operate chronologically -- the oldest single-order molds left are discarded to make room for new ones. If it has been determined by the factory to be low-priority and was therefore tossed, OR it has been over 2 years since your last run of those coins, you may be financially responsible for a new mold fee when placing a reorder.

To pay by check, please include your name, email address, and order number with your remittance. If we do not have this information, we cannot accurately verify the order for which it is paying, and your coins will not go into production until the issue is resolved. You can mail us at:
